Apple TV+’s Five Days at Memorial is hands down one of the best series of 2022. One of the things that made it even better was Composer Torin Borrowdale’s score of the series. I had the pleasure of sitting down and chatting with Torin about his work on the show.
Excerpt from my review: Overall, you are not going to want to miss this series. Apple TV+ continues to deliver on a different level from these streaming platforms. Five Days At Memorial is easily one of the best series of 2022, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see this in the conversation next Emmy season.
Borrowdale broke out with this incredible score for the film Searching. From there, you have heard his work on things such as Hulu’s Run and his work on Netflix’s Locke & Key. He is slowly making a name for himself and building up his filmography.
When I sat down with Borrowdale, I asked about early influences, what it was like working on a series based on a true story, what challenges he faced making the score, and much more. I hope you enjoy our chat and make sure to check out his work on Apple TV+’s Five Days at Memorial streaming now.
