Streaming this month on HBO is the new, four-part documentary The Man Will Burn, which looks at the history of the Burning Man Festival. The filmmakers had unique access to archival footage and to film five years worth of events, bringing the history of Burning Man to life in a unique and inspiring way.

A part of the production team are composers Tory Letzler and Steven Davis, who have their own rich history with Burning Man. I had a chance to sit down with them and talk about how they got into composing, working as a team, and what inspired them about The Man Will Burn.
