Alejandro G. Iñárritu introduces Bardo, False Chronicle of a Handful of Truths at 2022 AFI Festival

I had the pleasure of covering the 2022 AFI Film Festival for my third year. Throughout the festival, I was about to do so much outside of just seeing films. Today, I share a video of Alejandro G. Iñárritu introducing the film + members of the cast and crew of Bardo, False Chronicle of a Handful of Truths.

Bardo follows An acclaimed journalist-turned-documentarian who goes on an oneiric introspective journey to reconcile with the past, the present, and his Mexican identity.

Here is an excerpt from my review: Overall, Bardo, False Chronicle of a Handful of Truths is one of the most daring pieces of film you will watch all year. I recommend you go into this movie with an open mind and shut your brain off (as Iñárritu said ahead of the screening). If you do, you will be rewarded with a damn good piece of film-making.
