‘Nothing Compares’ Sundance Review

-Allison McCulloch

Nothing Compares is a solid documentary about the life of Sinéad O’Connor and the controversial aspects of her career. Everything about it is powerful, as it shows O’Connor standing up against child abuse, the Catholic church, racism, and conformity. The documentary also makes a case for O’Connor paving the way for a new generation of voices who rage at the system including: Billie Eilish and X González.

Rating: 10/10
