For some reason, I have always been drawn to DC’s animated department. So many iconic stories have been adapted throughout the years, it’s hard to ignore. Granted some of them are hit or miss. I like to think they hit more often than not. I’m here to bring you a glimpse into the future. Here is every Dc animated movie that is set to release this year and those that are currently in development.

Deathstroke: Knights & Dragons: The Movie
Release Date: Available Now
Synopsis: The assassin Deathstroke tries to save his family from the wrath of H.I.V.E. and the murderous Jackal.

Superman: Man of Tomorrow
Release Date: September 8, 2020
Synopsis: Young Clark Kent works as an intern at the Daily Planet while learning how to save the city of Metropolis.
Batman: Death in the Family
Release Date: October 13, 2020.
Synopsis: In this very first interactive animated DC movie, you get to decide Jason Todd’s fate.
Batman: Soul of the Dragon
Release Date: 2021
Synopsis: Batman, Bronze Tiger, Lady Shiva, and Richard Dragon join forces when they come to realize that they share a common acquaintance. The Martial Arts Master that trained them has been missing for a number of years and under mysterious circumstances. When a cursed relic resurfaces, the mystery of their dead master re-opens and Batman and his former classmate’s must face-off in the ultimate test of their Martial Arts skills to gain control of this dangerous relic.

Batman: The Long Halloween
Release Date: 2021
This information comes from an exclusive DC Fandome panel over at IGN from Saturday August 22nd.
The Long Halloween is getting an animated adaptation. Two, in fact. This complex murder mystery set early in Batman’s career will be adapted in two parts (a la The Dark Knight Returns) with the first releasing in Summer 2021 and the second in Fall 2021. They also stated that part 1 one is releasing in Summer 2021 and part 2 in Fall 2021.

Justice Society: World War II
Release Date: 2021
Not only will the JSA being appearing in the upcoming live-action Black Adam movie, the original version of the team will be featured in a new animated movie in early 2021. Little is known about the plot of the film beyond the WWII setting, though Doom Patrol star Matt Bomer hinted he may be voicing a character
