Pop sensation Leigh-Anne Pinnock takes the top spot, with potential earnings of up to £22,491 per sponsored Instagram post and story. This high earning potential is a result of her Instagram following of more than 9.3 million, which is the largest of any celebrity on the list.

Love Island presenter Maya Jama is in second place and could earn up to £8,107 per sponsored post, given she has over 3.3 million followers.

In third place is British mathematician and TV presenter Hannah Fry, who has an earning potential of £5,696 per sponsored post, with a following of just over 2.3 million.

Fourth on the list is English actor and singer, Sebastian Croft, who can earn up to £3,879 for a single sponsored Instagram post and story, given he has more than 1.6 million followers on the platform.

Comedian Joe Lycett is in fifth place, potentially earning up to £3,563, with almost 1.5 million followers on Instagram. Fellow comedian Romesh Ranganathan follows in sixth, with the potential to earn £3,552 per sponsored post.

Singer James Blunt and actress Miranda Hart follow in seventh and eighth place, with earning potentials of up to £3,373 and £3,330, respectively.

Social media personality King Kenny can earn up to £2,820, placing him as the ninth-highest earner. In tenth is comedian Rob Beckett, with an earning potential of £2,810 on Instagram.

Rounding out the cast, Joanne McNally ranks 11th with estimated earnings of £2,390 per sponsored post. Myha’la and Ross Kemp follow in joint 12th place at £857 per sponsored post, while Amol Rajan places last with an estimated £548 per sponsored post. Despite ranking lower, each maintains an engaged audience that can offer value to brands.

The following cast members were omitted from the final ranking due to not having an Instagram account, being unverified or not having a business or creator account: Bella Ramsey, Richard E. Grant, Michael Sheen, Jerry Hall, Julie Hesmondhalgh, Sharon Rooney, and James Acaster.

Runbo Li, Co-founder and CEO of Magic Hour AI, commented on the findings:

“One of the most intriguing findings is Hannah Fry’s position in the rankings. Despite recording the highest average likes of any contestant at 174,800 per sponsored post, she ranks only third for estimated Instagram earnings. This highlights that while engagement is a key factor in social media influence, earning potential is also shaped by audience size and broader commercial appeal, not just the number of likes a post receives.

“It is interesting to see that King Kenny ranks above Rob Beckett despite having around 393,000 fewer followers, with just a £10 difference in earnings. This shows that engagement rate is just as important as a high follower count.

“Follower boosts are likely to increase as the show progresses due to fan favourites developing on the show, or the public becoming more familiar with celebrities they may not be as familiar with. Increases in follower counts indicate which contestants are audience favourites, which can lead to lucrative sponsored posts and brand deals on social media once the show has finished.”
