The Ravens had an uneven 2025. The team endured injuries and tough losses, which had them hovering around .500 near the end of the season fighting for a playoff spot. The final game decided things, with the Ravens losing out to the Steelers. That ended up leading to some big changes, as Head Coach John Harbaugh moved on. Can the 2026 Ravens get back on track? Let’s dive in.
Off-Season Changes
With Harbaugh out, the Ravens turned to Jesse Minter as the new Head Coach. He figures to bring some defensive intensity, but the question is how the offense will fare. The team lost role players on offense, including Keaton Mitchell in the backfield and tight ends Isaiah Likely and Charlie Kolar. The Ravens also lost center Tyler Linderbaum, safety Alohi Gilman, and edge Dre’Mont Jones.
But the team added some pieces, too. That included a big boost to the defensive line, including former Bengal Trey Hendrickson and the return of Calaias Campbell. That should give the defensive front a boost for Minter’s new scheme. In the draft, the Ravens added a pair of rookie receivers in Elijah Sarratt and Ja’Kobi Lane. The team also added a pair of tight ends, including Matt Hibner and Josh Cuevas
Fantasy Impact
The Ravens’ offense is still led by Lamar Jackson. When healthy, Jackson has been great for the Ravens and for fantasy. He’s a QB1 option. In the backfield, he’s again paired with Derrick Henry. Despite age and mileage, Henry shows no signs of slowing down. He’s a low-end RB1 for me, while Justice Hill has some deep league flex appeal as the primary receiving back.
In the passing game, the most reliable receiver is Zay Flowers, who finished as WR7. He got a big contract extension, too. I like him better as a high-end WR2, but the WR1 upside is there. The rest of the passing game includes veteran Rashod Bateman and Devontez Walker along with the rookies. I don’t trust any of them week-to-week for fantasy, but Bateman should be rostered. At tight end, it’s still veteran Mark Andrews. He’s going as a TE2, which is right, but he has some upside.
Prediction
Are the Ravens a better team? It’s hard to say. The team felt like it under-performed last year, which is part of why Harbaugh is gone. But I am not sold on the offense here. The defense should be better, but a key injury and the offense could struggle mightily. I think this is an eight-to-10-win team.
