Week 8 of the NFL Season kicks off tonight as the Minnesota Vikings travel to battle the Los Angeles Rams. Both teams have been in the playoffs in recent years, and both have designs on making a run in 2024. This game could have an impact for both teams.

The Vikings are coming off a tough, two-point loss to the Lions, their first loss of the season. They will likely be welcoming back tight end T.J. Hockenson. For the Vikings, I like Sam Darnold as a start at QB and Justin Jefferson as a start at receiver. I’m also starting running back Aaron Jones as a Top 24 option. Among the others, Jordan Addison is a flex consideration, while Hockenson is a TE2 for me this week.

For the Rams, they are looking to post back-to-back wins and move closer to .500. They also figure to welcome back receiver Cooper Kupp. I have Matthew Stafford as a QB2 this week, and I like Kupp as a Top 24 receiver. I also have Kyren Williams as a Top 12 option at RB. Among the rest, Colby Parkinson is a TE2 for me and Tutu Atwell is the only other receiver I’d consider, with him in the flex range.

Now, on to the Week 8 picks.
