The intimate documentary centers on the Overdose Prevention Society (OPS) —a renegade safe consumption site founded in response to an all-time high number of fentanyl overdose deaths in Vancouver, Canada — where staff and volunteers who are current or former drug users save lives and give hope to a marginalized community.
