Best of 2019

I have already released my top 10 films of 2019, found here, but it is now time to release my best of the year overall. This is basically what my Oscar ballot, or awards ballot in general, would look like. Just like any major award, my best film will have 10 and the rest will have 5 from then on. Agree or disagree, let me know in the comments, or on twitter, what you think of my list.

The runner ups are in order from first to last.
