Week 11 of the NFL Season kicks off with another divisional battle. This time it’s a pair of rivals in the AFC East. They are two teams headed in the opposite direction meeting on a short week.
The New York Jets have had a woeful season. The team is just 2-7 after an improbable win in Week 10 where the team’s quarterback threw for just 54 yards. The Patriots, meanwhile, have won seven straight games, moving to 8-2 and a lead in the AFC East. Can they keep it going?
For the Jets, Justin Fields still appears to be in line to start. He’s also been on the struggle bus. He’s a QB3. I like Breece Hall as an RB2 with upside, but the Patriots haven’t allowed good rushing performances. Still, he’s likely the best pass-catcher for the team. With Garrett Wilson out, I like Mason Taylor as a TE2. There’s no other receiver I trust.
For the Patriots, Drake Maye is a QB1. The Jets defense isn’t great, so Maye should thrive. In the backfield, TreVeyon Henderson had a big Week 10 but is banged up. Rhamondre Stevenson is banged up and will miss again. I’m taking the swing that Henderson gets good enough volume to be an RB2. In the passing game, Stefon Diggs is a low-end WR2, while Kyle Williams is a boom-or-bust flex option. Hunter Henry is a TE2.
