Week 9 of the NFL Season gets going with a matchup between two teams who struggled to start the season. The Ravens limped to a 1-5 start before the bye, while the Dolphins rolled to a 1-6 start. But both got major wins in Week 8.
Which one will find a way to keep that going in Week 9? Can the Dolphins keep up the offensive onslaught they started in Atlanta? Or will the return of Lamar Jackson lift the Ravens to their second straight victory.
For the Ravens, Jackson is slated to start. He’s a QB1 if he goes and should be in your lineup. It hasn’t been a great season for Derrick Henry, but he’s still a Top 24 option at running back. In the passing game, I like Zay Flowers as a low-end WR2 and Mark Andrews as a TE2 with upside.
For the Dolphins, Tua Tagovailoa has been uneven. The Ravens’ defense isn’t imposing, so I like him as a QB2. In the backfield, I like De’Von Achane as an RB1 option. In the passing game, the only solid option is Jaylen Waddle. He’s a WR2 for me. If you’re desperate, I like Malik Washington as a deep league flex option.
Now, on to the Week 9 picks.
