The fourth week of the NFL season kicks off with a divisional battle. Both the Seattle Seahawks and Arizona Cardinals have gotten off to a strong start. The 2-1 teams are chasing the 49ers in a division that’s tight. Both have battled injuries, and both rely on a tough defense. But who will come out on top? Let’s dive in.

The Seahawks suffered a narrow loss to the 49ers in Week 1 but looked like a force in Week 2 in Pittsburgh and in Week 3 against the Saints. The offense is back on track, and the defense is making plays. The Cardinals, meanwhile, went 2-0 with a couple quiet early wins before losing on a last-second field goal in San Francisco. They’re home on a short week but adjusting to life without starting running back James Conner.

For the Seahawks, Sam Darnold is a low-end QB2 option. In the backfield, Zach Charbonnet should be back available and will likely split touches with Ken Walker. The Arizona defense has been solid, but Walker is the back I prefer, as an RB2. Charbonnet is a deep league flex option. In the passing game, Jaxon Smith-Njigba has been red-hot. He’s a low-end WR1 for me. Cooper Kupp and Tory Horton are deep league flex options.

For the Cardinals, Kyler Murray has been steady but unspectacular. This matchup won’t help. He’s a QB2 for me. In the backfield, it’s all about second-year man Trey Benson. He’s an RB3 with upside this week. In the passing game, Trey McBride is a TE1 and a great start. Marvin Harrison, Jr., has some upside, but he’s a WR3 for me. I suspect this will be a lower scoring game.

Now, on to the Week 4 picks.
