Week 17 begins with the final Thursday night game of the season. On paper, a battle between the Jets and Browns looked good pre-season. Now, it’s a tale of two teams going in opposite directions. The Jets (6-9) have been riddled with injuries and are eliminated from post-season contention. The Browns (10-5) have been hot and boast one of the best records in the AFC. A win Thursday should lock up their spot in the post-season.

It’s also something of a revenge game, with former Jets’ quarterback Joe Flacco now leading the Browns. Flacco is 3-1 as a starter and looking to get that fourth win and punch the team’s ticket for the post-season. Will he get it?

For the Jets, Trevor Siemian is the starter and he’s a QB3 for me. The Browns’ defense is fierce. I am still starting running back Breece Hall, who has been involved as a runner and receiver, and wide receiver Garrett Wilson. But those are the only Jets I’d like in a fantasy championship week.

For the Browns, Flacco has been solid. Still, against a good Jets defense he’s a mid-QB2 for me. In the backfield, Jerome Ford is the best option, but he’s a low-end RB2 for me. In the passing game, with Flacco at the helm, Amari Cooper and tight end David Njoku have been hot. I’m starting both in this one despite the matchup. Elijah Moore has had some nice games, and it could be a revenge game for him, too, but he’s more of a boom-or-bust flex consideration.
