We’re to Week 4 of the NFL Season. This week for Thursday Night Football we get an excellent divisional matchup between the Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers. These two met in Green Bay in the final game of the regular season in 2022. Detroit got the win and ended the Aaron Rodgers era in Green Bay.

Now, they meet again in Green Bay. Jordan Love is the man for the Packers, and both teams are 2-1. The Lions have lofty expectations, while the Packers are continuing to defy expectations. That makes both interesting as they clash in Week 4, with whoever gets the win getting an edge in the division.

In terms of fantasy, for Detroit, Jared Goff typically is better at home than on the road. Being a road game, I have him as a QB2. David Montgomery missed Week 3 and is highly questionable. In his absence, Jahmyr Gibbs got most of the backfield work. He’s an RB2 for me. In the passing game, Amon-Ra St. Brown and tight end Sam LaPorta have been the focal point. Both are great and both are starts for me.

On the Packers’ side, I have Love as a low-end QB2 also. He’s thrown some touchdowns, but his yardage has been low. In the backfield, Aaron Jones has missed the past two games and remains questionable. If he plays, I’m playing him. If not, I’m still not turning to A.J. Dillon, who has struggled all season long. In the passing game, it remains a toss-up if Christian Watson will return. Either way, I like Romeo Doubs and Jayden Reed as flex options.

Now, on to the Week 4 picks!
