Freeform is set to bring out a new reality series in The Come Up. I had the pleasure of chatting with the entire cast to talk about what it was like being on the series.
“The Come Up” follows 6 young creatives in iconic downtown New York as they pursue love, art and friendship on their own terms. The cast, comprised of a group of ambitious, action-oriented, and diverse Gen Z New Yorkers whose careers are on the rise, includes Taofeek Abijako, Fernando Casablancas, Ben Hard, Claude Shwartz, Ebon Gore, and Sophia Wilson.
“The Come Up” Premieres September 13, 2022, on FREEFORM
I’ve seen the first four episodes of the series and found myself attaching to each character and their journeys. You start to see each of them grow in front of the camera and become more comfortable, and as they do, you start to see them become more vulnerable and open up more. I also loved seeing each of these people at work doing what they love, each of them has a strong passion for what they do, and that comes across in the series.
