Kelsey Peterson is a dancer, choreographer, writer, and filmmaker who brings us her story as paraplegic wanting to find a cure for her spinal cord injury after suffering an accident in 2012. What moved me is how she wanted to smile for her dad who was having a hard time coming to terms with his daughter’s injury and his own health. Moving past any limitations, Kelsey continues with dance in order to create and perform her new project, “A Cripple’s Dance”.
