Netflix unveils release date and trailer for ‘The Eddy’

Netflix has released it’s first full trailer and also announced the release date of the new original show ‘The Eddy’.

The EddySeries Launch Date: May 8

The official soundtrack for the series will also be released on May 8th via Arista Records and will feature original music from the show.

My Thoughts: All you have to do is tell me Damien Chazelle is a part of something and I am sold but throw in the fact that he is co-directing some of the show based on music, that is the icing on the cake.

Between the charm of the blues or the intense look inside the club owner struggling to keep his club, the trailer does a wonderful job of mixing things up to make you want to watch the show.

I am rather excited to see what Amandla Stenberg brings to the show as well after her riveting performance in The Hate U Give.

I truly can’t wait to binge this all in one day!
