This week the NFL Season gets going early with a pair of Christmas Day games. That combined with the final Thursday Night Football game of the year means we get three games in two days to kick start Week 17 of the NFL Season. Below is my preview of each game along with my Week 17 Picks. Merry Christmas!

Kansas City Chiefs (14-1) at Pittsburgh Steelers (10-5)

The Chiefs have still only lost one game. Patrick Mahomes was a question heading into Week 16, but he played the whole game and his team won. The Steelers, meanwhile, lost to the Ravens and have a tenuous lead on the AFC North. They need a win, desperately.

For the Chiefs, Mahomes is a QB2 for me this week. In the passing game, Travis Kelce is a low-end TE1, while DeAndre Hopkins and Xavier Worthy are in the WR3/4 range. Both have TD upside. Isaiah Pacheco is an RB3 that doesn’t need to be in your lineup.

For the Steelers, Russell Wilson is a QB2 for me as well. In the backfield, Najee Harris is a low-end RB2, while Jaylen Warren is in the RB3 range. In the passing game, George Pickens is a low-end WR2 if he can go (and it looks like he will). Pat Freiermuth is a TE2 with upside.

Baltimore Ravens (10-5) at Houston Texans (9-6)

The Ravens won on Saturday and smell blood as they chase the Steelers in the AFC North. The Texans, meanwhile, have sewn up their division and a playoff spot. After an emotional loss Saturday that saw Tank Dell lost for the season, they are a wounded group.

For the Ravens, Lamar Jackson is a QB1, and Derrick Henry is a low-end RB1 for me. In the passing game, I like Zay Flowers as a WR2 and Mark Andrews as a low-end TE1. Isaiah Likely is a boom-or-bust TE option, and Rashod Bateman feels like an upside flex with a low floor.

For the Texans, C.J. Stroud is a QB2. In the backfield, I still like Joe Mixon, but he’s more of an RB2 at this point. In the passing game, I like Nico Collins as a low-end WR1. I also like Dalton Schultz as a TE2 with upside. I’m not taking a chance on any other Texans pass catcher.

Seattle Seahawks (8-7) at Chicago Bears (4-11)

The Seahawks are coming off another tough loss and need to get back on track to stay in the race for the NFC West. The Bears are out of the playoff race, but they can play spoiler. We’ll see both teams trying their best as we have our final Thursday night game of the season.

For the Seahawks, Geno Smith is a low-end QB2 for me. In the backfield, Ken Walker is a low-end RB2, while Zach Charbonnet is an RB4 with upside. In the passing game, I like Jaxon Smith-Njgiba as a WR2 and D.K. Metcalf as a WR3 with upside. Tyler Lockett and Noah Fant don’t get enough volume to make them viable plays.

For the Bears, Caleb Williams is a low-end QB2. I also like D’Andre Swift as a low-end RB2 in the backfield. In the passing game, D.J. Moore is a low-end WR2, while Keenan Allen and Rome Odunze are WR3s for me. They won’t all hit, but it’s hard to know for sure which will be the odd man out. I’m not trusting Cole Kmet at tight end.
