A reminder in the developing success of “Shang-Chi” and with the excitement of the new “No Way Home” trailer, Marvel is releasing a more ambitious and earth-spread-but-cosmic entry for the MCU.

I’m still not sold in how the digital effects stand out from the naturalistic look of everything else, but Marvel has had a win with nearly every lesser-known property they’ve put out to date:

Marvel’s “Eternals” is directed by Chloe Zhao, co-written by Kaz Firpo and Ryan Firpo, based on the “Eternals” comic series by Jack Kirby, produced by Kevin Feige and will feature cinematography by Ben Davis and music from Ramin Djawadi.

Disney will release this in theaters on November 5th, 2021.
