Week 7 of the NFL Season begins with a nice matchup in Chicago. The New England Patriots got off to a rough start but have looked better in winning three straight. The Bears, meanwhile, welcomed back Caleb Williams in Week 6 with a big win of their own. Now, they’re looking to keep it going and keep within range of the division-leading Vikings.

For the Patriots, a big question is the offensive line. It’s banged up and it’s possible several starters could be missing. Despite that, I’m starting Drake Maye. After a slow start, he’s gotten it together of late. He’s a low-end QB1. In the backfield, it’s hard to say what the mix will be between TreVeyon Henderson and Rhamondre Stevenson. I lean toward Stevenson being the safer choice and a flex option.

In the passing game, Romeo Doubs is on IR. But A.J. Brown is back. He struggled in Week 6 but should have better footing now. He’s a WR2 for me. I like Hunter Henry as a TE2 with upside. The rest of the receiving options are dart throw, deep league flex options.

For the Bears, Williams is back and looked great last week. He’s a low-end QB1 for me again this week. In the backfield, Kyle Monangai is out again. D’Andre Swift is the back you want, and he’s likely a low-end RB2. Last week Roschon Johnson showed signs of life, but I’m not back to putting him in my lineup just yet.

In the passing game, Rome Odunze, Luther Burden, and Kalif Raymond have all caught passes at receiver. It’s hard to depend on one consistently week-to-week, but I’m still using Odunze and Burden as flex options. Tight end Colston Loveland has been better of late and had a good connection with Williams last week. Will he keep it up? There’s no guarantee, so he’s a TE2 with upside for me.
