The highly anticipated sequel to Happy Gilmore has finally gotten a release date along with a teaser trailer. While the synopsis is still a mystery, we share the trailer, release date and the exciting cast that are set to appear in the film. The trailer looks fantastic and I can’t wait to soak up the nostalgia mixed with twist of modern day craziness.

The film will release on Netflix July 25, 2025

Kyle Newacheck reunites with Sadler (he directed Murder Mystery) to direct the sequel. Newacheck is known for his work on the hit TV series What We Do in the Shadows. Sandler also co-wrote the film with Tim Herlihy who wrote the original film and has worked with Sandler in many projects since the first film was released.
