From the producers of the hit reality TV series The Traitors and The Circle comes a new strategic series played in two worlds called The Anonymous. The new series, which debuts on USA on August 19, features 12 people living in a house playing two games, one in the real world and one in anonymous mode. I had the pleasure of sitting down with one of the stars of the show, Andy King, to discuss how the opportunity came about and what audiences can expect from the show.
The Anonymous debuts three episodes on Monday August 19 starting at 11pm ET. Throughout the series you can expect lying, manipulation, and some strategic gameplay as they fight for the up to $100,000 cash prize.
You might recognize Andy from his involvement the infamous Fyre Festival. Of course thrust into the spotlight was something that Andy wasn’t prepared for, but he isn’t new to the famous space as he has been throwing parties for many years as an event producer. He hopes people get to see the real version of himself in the upcoming series The Anonymous.
In my candid conversation with Andy, we discussed how the opportunity came about, his strategy for the show, how he prepared in case people recognized him, and what viewers can expect from The Anonymous. This was such a great conversation as the world may see Andy one way, what you see in this interview and the upcoming show is someone completely different.
