- The first-ever “People’s Choice Country Awards” is taking place this Thursday, September 28th, airing from the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, TN.
- Hosted by superstar country music group Little Big Town, the show will air live on NBC and Peacock on Thursday, September 28 at 8:00pm ET/PT.
- The “People’s Choice Country Awards” will recognize the biggest and best country music has to offer, chosen entirely by the fans. Toby Keith will receive the “Country Music Icon” Award, presented by Blake Shelton. Wynonna Judd will receive the “Country Champion” Award.
- The star-studded night will feature iconic country musicians taking the stage to perform, including Blake Shelton, Carly Pearce, Dan + Shay, HARDY, Jelly Roll, Kane Brown, Kelsea Ballerini, Little Big Town, Toby Keith and Wynonna.
