Netflix has a big movie releasing this weekend with They Cloned Tyrone. The film had been pushed several times but finally lands on the streaming platform this weekend.

Plot: A series of eerie events thrusts an unlikely trio onto the trail of a nefarious government conspiracy in this pulpy mystery caper.

My anticipation level was relatively high heading into this movie, and the writing team of Tony Rettenmaier and Juel Taylor didn’t disappoint with their fun mystery thriller that was one heck of a wild ride. The film starts on this high note and never lets up for the course of the two hours. I was impressed with how well-paced this film was.

Of course, you have to talk about our three leads of the film John Boyega, Teyonah Parris, and Jamie Foxx, who share incredible chemistry. How they come together is perfectly laid out, and from the time they realize what is going on in this world, they flip the script. Boyega is a star and continues to prove that in every film he is in. It was also nice to see Jamie Foxx on my big screen. Teyonah Parris came, saw, and conquered with her vibrant personality that oozed charisma.
