The first-ever North American Film Critic Association nominations are here. One of the things we took pride in is gathering groups from across North America that had a diverse voice in the world of movies. With that being said, we had 19 different movies receive at least one vote for Best Picture. 18 for Best Director and Actor and 15 for Actress.

Dune leads the way with eleven nominations including the two big categories in Best Picture and Director. Next up was Mass with 7 nominations, followed by The Power of the Dog with 6 nominations followed by Belfast, Spider-Man: No Way Home and Don’t Look Up with 5..

The top vote-getters were Pig from Pig in our Best Animal Performance, Cruella for Costume Design and Spider-Man: No Way Home in the Blockbuster category.
