Liam Neeson led-film The Marksman lands at the top of the box-office this weekend, upending the three week run of WW84 bringing in right around $3 million dollars.

The Croods: New Age is showing staying power in a landscape that doesn’t have a ton of kids movies as the film was up 12% this weekend and sticking in the second slot. The sequel has now made close to $40 million at the boxoffice since it’s intial release eight weeks ago

1. The Marksman – $3.0 Million

2. The Croods: a New Age – $2.03 Million (+12%)

3. Wonder Woman 1984 – $1.9 million (-33%)

4. News of the World – $1.04 million (-15%)

5. Monster Hunter – $920,000 (-16.8%)
