3. Anthony Miller:

– While the production hasn’t been there, yet, Miller has definitely shown his ability to deliver big games on a consistent basis. In weeks 11-15 he found himself on the field 82% of the time and returned that investment with a state-line of 52/33/324/2. The key for Miller is the snap percentage. As the Bears locked in WR2, running out of the slot, in 2020 Old Tom sees a very bright future for the 3rd year vet.

2. David Montgomery

– While Old Tom realizes there is a part of anti-Montgomery truthers out and about, I’m not so sure you’ll want to set up camp with them. With the addition of Nick Foles and an even slightly improved offensive line, Montgomery enters year 2 as the clear organizational workhorse. If you find yourself in a PPR league and your Monty owner is worried about his upside with Cohen involved, Old Tom suggests you act. Monty is a talented RB capable of returning solid RB2 numbers with his rushing ability, alone. As he matures in this league so will his role on offense.

1. Allen Robinson

Here we are my friends, the WR8 (PPR) is everything you could hope for as your WR1 in dynasty settings. The #3 most targeted WR in 2019 (154) is entering his final year, in what has been one of the most talked-about QB-purgatory situations Old Tom can remember. At just 26 years young, Old Tom is thinking much bigger than another top 8 WR SEASONAL finish. **Whispers Dynasty Ranking**
