Box Office Report: Families keep ’New Age’ on Top

Families showed up for weekend number two of ’The Croods: A New Age.’ The kid’s film has now brought in over $20 million in its 10 days at the box office.

We also had two new entries into the top 5 this week, including one of my favorite comedies of the year Half Brothers. It’s a buddy comedy led by Luis Mendez and Connor Del Rio.

Weekend Box Office: December 4-6

1. The Croods: A New Age – $4.5 Million (-53.7%)

2. Half Brothers – $670,000 (new)

3. Freaky – $450,000 (-43.7%)

4. All My Life – $350,000 (new)

5. The War with Grandpa – $335,000 (-43.5%)

6. Come Play – $231,000 (-38.2%)

7. Let Him Go – $210,000 (-53.7%)
